3. No Upfront Fees / Compensation

Our services are provided on a contingency basis, meaning we only receive payment if funds are successfully recovered.

Typical service fees range from 30%–40% of the recovered amount unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:
✔ Provide accurate and truthful information.
✔ Sign necessary claim forms, agreements, notarized documents, or power of attorney forms required to process claims.
✔ Notify us of any address, legal, or contact changes.

5. No Guarantee of Recovery

While we make every effort to recover funds, we cannot guarantee approval, amount, or processing time of any claim.

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive communications from us via:

Email updates

CRM or client portal messages

You may opt out at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content including logos, graphics, text, and layout are the property of BriArt Asset Recovery LLC and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

BriArt Asset Recovery LLC is not liable for any:

Delays by courts, counties, probate, or government agencies

Unclaimed funds expiring or being transferred to the state

Losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client

Maximum liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the client.

9. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services at any time in writing. Client remains responsible for fees on claims already filed or approved.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
